Atelier is spoiling everyone with exciting double treats at the first ever Republic of Fritz Hansen flagship store in Singapore that will offer luxury pieces, both classics and newer designs, from the Danish furniture icon. Partnering with W. Atelier, the store, to be launched on September 18, will offer the cutting-edge, contemporary style and high-quality craftsmanship the brand is known for worldwide.
Those who have waited since Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2014 will finally be able to get their hands on Jaime Hayon's Analog™ table the clean, organic piece launched this April in Milan - and Arne Jacobsen's iconic Drop™, a chair made by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 for the legendary SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen along with the Swan™ and the Egg™, but never put into standard production, until now.

While the pieces are a generation apart from each other, a line of beauty is a line of beauty, and each of them highlights an organic form and clean sensibility that has made Danish furniture so beloved around the world, and ensures the Analog and the Drop will merge well into contemporary interiors, outliving trends and cherished for years.
The Drop may be more than half a century old since it was first designed, but it is nobody’s grandfather. The Republic of Fritz Hansen has made it available in moulded plastic in a range of contemporary colours, in addition to the original design of pliable, upholstered foam. The latter is also available in textile and leather versions.
