Not a manufacturer. An editor of material culture.

Santa & Cole was founded in Barcelona in 1985 by Nina Masó, Javier Nieto Santa and Gabriel Ordeig Cole with an unusual idea: to be an editor rather than a manufacturer. Editing means choosing with intention — selecting pieces with a discerning eye, often created by others, safeguarding their authorship and bringing them to light. The aesthetic that follows is timeless rather than futuristic, embracing history over fashion and silence over noise. If an object can be read, it is because it has something to say.

Today the house is headquartered at Parc de Belloch, a 500-acre estate some 20 miles north of Barcelona whose records date back to the year 972. From there it edits lighting, furniture, art and books: Miguel Milá's TMM, Cesta and Cestita; Antoni Arola's Cirio, Lámina, Shiro and Nimba; Anthony Dickens' Tekiò; Gabriel Ordeig's Sísísí; and the Cadaqués chair by Federico Correa and Alfonso Milá. These are slow-cooked products, crafted to last and designed to be passed down. As Santa & Cole's Singapore partner, W. Atelier presents the collection at our Henderson Road showroom.

Four pillars of Santa & Cole.

i.

Editors, Not Manufacturers

Santa & Cole selects pieces with intuitive precision and brings them to light — a practice that upholds wide dissemination, safeguards authorship and champions the lasting value of good design.

ii.

Timeless Over Fashion

History over fashion, silence over noise, substance over spectacle. Icons like the TMM (1961) and Cestita (1962) are still in production — proof that good design does not date.

iii.

Craft Meets Industry

Handmade washi paper, porcelain, opal glass, parchment and oak, balanced with warm-to-dim LED technology. Products are slow-cooked at Belloch, crafted to last and designed to be passed down.

iv.

Presented by W. Atelier

As Santa & Cole's Singapore partner, W. Atelier guides every project from lighting plan to installation, with the expertise to place these pieces in your home.

Every product begins with an author.

Designers, artists and thinkers whose visions Santa & Cole edits — from the Barcelona masters of the 1960s to the contemporary voices shaping light today.

Lighting

Pendant · Floor · Table · Wall

The heart of Santa & Cole. Antoni Arola's Cirio family pools porcelain candles into chandeliers, cascades and lines of light; Lámina reflects a stroke of LED beneath a thin white sheet; Tekiò wraps warm-to-dim light in handmade washi paper. Alongside them, the enduring TMM, Cesta and Cestita by Miguel Milá.

Furniture

Chairs · Armchairs · Tables

A small, considered edit of seating and tables with the same quiet authority as the lamps — the Cadaqués chair by Federico Correa and Alfonso Milá, the Belloch chair, the Moragas and Ibiza seats and the Subeybaja table. Pieces that hold a room without raising their voice.

Portable & Outdoor

Light that moves with you. Cestita Batería and Cestita Alubat carry Miguel Milá's basket lamp to the table and the terrace; Sylvestrina and Básica Mínima Batería glow cordlessly through an evening; Antoni Arola's Shiro brings a contemplative serenity to gardens and pools.

See the light, in person.

A Santa & Cole lamp is something you understand when it is switched on — the glow of a porcelain Cirio, the warm dim of a washi Tekiò, the reflected stroke of a Lámina. Visit our Henderson Road showroom and our team will take you through the collection, plan the lighting for your space and help you place each piece in your home.
